In 1994 the Internet was new to most businesses, Sherryl started on a journey from engaging people through stories on television to producing stories through digital experiences. In the early years, every digital agency was a startup. There were so many possibilities everyone had multiple roles to play. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Sherryl developed a management style of constant communication, collaboration and learning to deliver on the fly.
